Preparing for your Mediation

You are visiting this page because your case is at the stage in the litigation process where we are ready to attempt to negotiate a settlement and bring your case to a close. Called mediation, this is a process that works to resolve most personal injury cases, and will bring all of the parties involved to a single location to devote ourselves to getting your case settled if at all possible.
To prepare for this important day in the life of your case, please carefully watch the video below as many times as you would like, being sure to write down any questions you may have about the process or about your case itself. Mr. Meade will meet with you on the day of your mediation to discuss the specifics of your case (including case value), and address any questions or concerns you may have.
