About
Sterling joined Meade Law Group in 2022 and serves as the firm’s criminal defense legal assistant. Prior to entering the legal field, she worked as a CNA, where she developed a strong foundation of compassion, patience, and attentiveness while caring for others. That experience continues to shape the way she approaches her work today, allowing her to support clients with understanding and a steady, reassuring presence during what are often some of their most difficult moments.
Within the office, Sterling is known for her kind heart, calm demeanor, and genuine ability to put clients at ease. She takes pride in being a dependable part of the criminal defense team and values the role she plays in helping clients navigate challenging and uncertain times. Her focus is always on making sure people feel heard, supported, and respected throughout the legal process.
Outside of the office, her children keep her life busy and full of adventure. She enjoys cheering on her youngest son at baseball games, spending time at the lake with her family, and unwinding at home with her golden doodle, Laney. She also has a deep love for celebrating life’s moments—big and small—and especially enjoys the warmth and joy of the Christmas season, which is one of her favorite times of year.
