Preparing for your Deposition

You are visiting this page because your case is at the stage in the litigation process where the defense attorney wants to speak with you directly and ask you questions about what happened and how you were injured. Called a “party deposition,” this is a critical point in the process and usually, although not always, the tipping point that will put us on the road to the settlement of your case.
