Karen Lynn Tamer joined the team as a legal assistant in 2018 to support the attorneys with personal injury cases. A typical day involves everything from the initial client intakes and maintaining case files to preparing medical summaries and drafting necessary documents. Prior to joining the firm, she devoted two decades refining her skills in the service industry while raising a family. She credits that time along with being raised in a small town in Virginia at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains to gifting her with an undeniable connection to people and the desire to help them in times of need. Outside of work you will likely find her frolicking along the Nolichucky River by day and enjoying the local live music scene by night.
